2. Program Description
The Wave Capital Get Paid Twice Program uses SMS as a professional follow-up channel for licensed real estate agents who have already replied to our initial email introducing our B2B referral partnership. Under the partnership, participating agents refer off-market properties to Wave Capital for purchase, and receive the listing assignment after the property is remodeled — two commissions from one relationship.
SMS is never sent as cold or unsolicited outreach. A text message is only sent after you have actively engaged with our email thread, treating the conversation as an ongoing one-to-one business exchange.
3. How You Consent to Receive SMS
By replying to our business email from your publicly listed professional email address, and having a business phone number publicly listed alongside that email on the same professional profile (Google Business Profile, Zillow agent page, Realtor.com profile, brokerage website, or similar), you consent to receive a conversational follow-up SMS to that business number.
You may withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out instructions below.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency is low and conversational. You can expect no more than three (3) messages per contact, sent only during normal business hours, and only as follow-up to an ongoing email exchange.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Wave Capital does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging and data rates per your mobile service plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
6. Supported Carriers
The program is available to customers on all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, as well as most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying with any of the following keywords. Your opt-out is processed immediately and permanently.

After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out and will not receive any further SMS from the program.

9. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information (phone numbers) or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data collected through the "Refer a Deal" form at wavecapital.info is used solely to deliver SMS messages from Wave Capital (DanCan Business Services) related to your referral. Phone numbers are never sold, rented, leased, or otherwise transferred to any third party, affiliate, or marketing partner. Service providers such as Twilio (SMS delivery) and Go High Level (CRM) receive this data only to operate our messaging program on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes. All other categories of personal information (e.g. SMS opt-in data) are likewise excluded from any third-party sharing.
10. Changes to These Terms
Wave Capital may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Your continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The SMS program is provided on an "as-is" basis. Wave Capital makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding message delivery, timing, or carrier performance. You use the program at your own discretion.
