Wave Capital ("we," "us," or "our") is a real estate investment firm based in Spokane, Washington. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our business communications, including email and SMS outreach to licensed real estate professionals about our "Get Paid Twice" referral partnership.

2. Information We Collect

Publicly available business information

We collect business contact information that real estate agents have publicly listed as their professional contact details, including:

• Full name and professional title
• Brokerage or company affiliation
• Business email address
• Business phone number
• City, state, and service area
• Professional bio and specialties
• Publicly listed ratings and reviews

These details are gathered exclusively from sources the agent has published for the purpose of receiving business inquiries — such as Google Business Profiles, Zillow and Realtor.com agent pages, brokerage websites, and state licensing directories.

Correspondence

If you reply to our email or SMS, we store the content of your reply and any related conversation history so we can respond professionally and respect your communication preferences.

3. How We Use Information

• To introduce our "Get Paid Twice" B2B referral partnership via email
• To send conversational SMS follow-ups only after you reply to our email
• To respond to questions you send us
• To maintain an internal suppression list of opted-out contacts
• To keep accurate records of our business correspondence

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, behavioral advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making that affects you legally.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate our business, each under confidentiality obligations:

• Google Workspace — email sending and receiving
• Twilio — SMS delivery (for engaged contacts only)
• MillionVerifier — email address validation
• Anthropic — AI-assisted email personalization
• Go High Level — internal CRM for qualified leads

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data

No mobile information (phone numbers) or SMS consent data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data collected via the "Refer a Deal" form at wavecapital.info is used solely to send SMS messages from Wave Capital (DanCan Business Services) related to the referral the consumer submitted. Phone numbers and SMS consent records are never sold, rented, leased, or otherwise transferred to any third party, affiliate, or marketing partner. Service providers such as Twilio (SMS delivery) and Go High Level (CRM) access this data only to operate our messaging program and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes. All other categories of personal information (e.g. SMS opt-in data) are likewise excluded from any third-party sharing.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Email opt-out

Reply to any of our emails with the word UNSUBSCRIBE (or similar language) and you will be permanently removed from all future email contact.

SMS opt-out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS and you will be permanently removed from SMS contact. We honor opt-outs immediately.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request permanent deletion by emailing dan@wavecapital.info. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We store contact data in an encrypted local database on a dedicated machine with limited access. Network traffic to our services is encrypted in transit. Nothing is uploaded to shared cloud services beyond the vendors listed in section 4.

7. Data Retention

We retain business contact information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or until you request deletion. Opt-out records are retained permanently to ensure we honor your preference.

8. Children's Privacy

This is a business-to-business service directed at licensed real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active contacts.
